Fredda Otero, a native of Asheboro, NC completed the Health Coaching Program through the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and took the HWC Certifying Examination to become National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

Ashley Webster, PA-C, CDCES
Ashley Webster, a native of Asheboro, NC, earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Practice from Campbell University. She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) through CBDCE.
